Maoist Killed In Encounter With Security Forces In Bijapur District, Chhattisgarh

In Chhattisgarh, a Maoist was killed in an encounter with security forces in the Bijapur district yesterday. Based on intelligence inputs about the presence of Maoists in the Bhairamgarh area of the district, the District Reserve Guard team was on a search



operation. 

Last morning, an encounter took place between police and Maoists in the forests of Keshkutul. A Maoist was killed in the gun battle. After the encounter, weapons, explosives, and other related materials were recovered from the spot.
