Many parts of Maharashtra experiences heavy rains due to cyclone Gulab

Many parts of Maharashtra have been witnessing incessant rains since Monday night due to the cyclone storm Gulab. In Marathwada region of Maharashtra  heavy rainfall is reported from almost all districts since Monday night.

Intense spells of rain is also experienced in Osmanabad, Parbhani, Aurangabad and Jalna. The water capacity



in the Jaikwadi dam has gone up to 84 per cent. Incessant rainfall has been experienced in Solapur, Dhule, Buldhana and Washim districts.

Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai also reported heavy rains in their respective region since yesterday afternoon. Incidents of water loggings were also reported in many places.
