Man’s House Vandalised After Fleeing With Married Woman in Karnataka

The house of a man was allegedly attacked and vandalised in Barmanatti village on the outskirts of Belagavi after he reportedly fled with a married woman. 

Police have formed a special team to arrest the accused, Police Commissioner Bhushan Gulabrao Borase said on Tuesday. 

The incident occurred around 6 pm on Monday when a group of assailants targeted the house of Bheemappa, damaging roof tiles, furniture and household articles, including



a television.

Borase said based on the complaint an FIR had been registered against Nagaraj, Ravi, Ishwar and others based on a complaint. "No one sustained bodily injuries in the incident, but the house and other property were damaged. 

A special team has been formed and the accused will be arrested immediately," he said, adding that police personnel reached the spot promptly after receiving a call on the 112 emergency helpline.
