Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar and three others killed in plane crash

Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar and three others were killed when their plane crashed in Pune distrit on Wednesday morning.

Three other passengers in the plane were also killed, according to an alert posted by the



media.

The plane was attempting to land in Baramati when it crashed. There were five others with Ajit Pawar when the crash occured.

Flames engulfed the fuselage reducing the entire plane to a mangle of metal. Full details are awaited.
