Losing Candidate Asks Voters to Return Money In Chittor

In an unusual appeal, Prasad Reddy, a candidate who contested from Ward 32 in Palamaner of Chittoor district, has urged voters who accepted money from him but did not vote for him to return it.

According to reports, Prasad Reddy was distressed after losing the election. He said he



had borrowed Rs 10 lakh at interest to distribute money among voters during the election campaign.

Following his defeat, he appealed to those who had accepted the money but did not support him in the election to return it, citing the financial burden of repaying the loan.
