Lorry Plunges Into 20-Foot Gorge Near Bhakarapet Ghat, AP

According to reports, the accident occurred when the lorry driver attempted to overtake an auto-rickshaw and lost control of the vehicle. The lorry overturned before plunging into the



gorge. 

The lorry driver, cleaner and passengers in the auto-rickshaw sustained minor injuries in the accident. The police and rescue teams rushed to the spot after receiving information about the incident. 

The driver, who was trapped inside the cabin, was rescued and shifted to Ruia Hospital in Tirupati for treatment. Further details are awaited.
