Satheesan landed at Mangaluru International Airport from Thiruvananthapuram on Friday night and travelled by road to Kollur, where he stayed overnight.
On Saturday morning, he visited the temple. On his arrival, he was given a traditional
welcome by the temple authorities. He offered prayers to Goddess Mookambika and other deities in the temple.

The prayers were led by archaks KN Narasimha Adiga and priest KN Subrahmanya Adiga. Later, the Temple Managing Committee felicitated the Kerala Chief Minister.
