Kavinder Gupta assumes office of Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh

In Ladakh, former Deputy Chief Minister of the erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir state, Kavinder Gupta, officially assumed the office of Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh yesterday. The oath of office, in a ceremony held at Raj Niwas in Leh, was administered by Justice Arun Palli, Chief Justice of the Jammu and



Kashmir and Ladakh High Court. 

Later, interacting with the local media, he assured that he would work closely with the people to make Ladakh one of the developed Union Territories, with the motto of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.
