"With ​the objective of preventing adverse ‌effects ⁠of increasing mobile usage on children, usage of social media ​will be ​banned ⁠for children under the age ​of 16," Siddaramaiah, ​who ⁠uses only one name, said in his ⁠budget ​speech.
