Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah held talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi today. The two had a discussion about various issues, including the Pahalgam terror attack, officials said.
The meeting took place at the prime minister's residence and lasted for around 30 minutes.
This is the
first meeting between the two leaders since the April 22 terror attack in the Baisaran valley of Jammu and Kashmir's Pahalgam killed 26 people, mostly tourists.
Earlier on Sunday, the Chief Minister and National Conference (NC) leader had demanded for a decisive fight against terrorism and that those responsible must be punished without mercy.
