Jayalalithaa's nephew J.Deepak claims her Poes Garden residence

The nephew of late AIADMK leader J.Jayalalithaa, J.Deepak has said her Poes Garden residence legally belongs to him and his sister Deepa. In an interview, he said he will pay the fine of 100 crore rupees imposed on Jayalalithaa by the court in the disproportionate assets case by selling a portion of her properties. He also wanted the AIADMK's rival faction led by



ex-chief minister O.Panneerselvam to rejoin the party.

Mr Deepak is the son of Jayalalithaa's brother. His sister J Deepa has entered into politics and has extended her support to the Panneerselvam camp a few days before the trust vote in the Assembly. The Poes Garden residence of late Jayalalithaa is now being used by the AIADMK partymen.
