ISRO Chief V Narayanan Visits Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams

ISRO Chairman V. Narayanan visited the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) on Wednesday and offered prayers at the Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple. 

During his visit, Narayanan placed rocket models of GSLV-F17 and EOS-05 near the sacred feet of Lord Venkateswara and performed special pujas. The ISRO Chairman sought the blessings of Lord Venkateswara for the success of the



upcoming space missions.

After offering prayers, the ISRO Chairman received Veda Ashirvachanam from Vedic scholars at the Ranganayakula Mandapam. Temple officials felicitated him with the sacred temple cloth and presented Srivari Theertha Prasadam. The GSLV-F17/EOS-05 mission is scheduled for launch at 2:55 am on September 4 from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota.
