In the Kashmir Valley, a free three-day artificial limb camp will be organised by the Indian Army at Udaan School Drugmulla in north Kashmir's Kupwara district from today, October 7. This will be the second such camp to be organised by the Indian Army in association with Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayta Samiti.

According to Colonel Emron Musavi PRO Defence Srinagar, the measurements for



providing free artificial limbs would be taken during the camp. A workshop would be set up in Udaan School Drugmulla for free distribution and fixing of artificial limbs and calipers for the beneficiaries. 

In addition, equipment and accessories like auxiliary crutches, wheel chairs, polio calipers, and hearing aids will also be distributed, free of cost
