Light to moderate rain is likely to occur at few places in several Districts of Andhra Pradesh in next two days in Coastal, South and North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, as per the Meteorological Centre, Amaravathi.
 
Thunderstorms and lightning are very likely to occur at isolated places in Coastal Andhra Pradesh and the situation will prevail in the Coastal AP on 29th and 30th.
 
Rayalaseema will get light to moderate rain or thunder showers on 31st July, IMD said.
 
Cyclone Warning Centre (CWC), Visakhapatnam has warned the fisherman that strong winds speed 45-55 kmph gusting to 65 kmph very likely over North-East and Central Bay of Bengal and there would be strong winds speed 45-55 kmpoh gusting to 65 kmph very likely over North Bay Of Bengal on 28th.
 
There will be strong winds on the 29th



with speed 45-55, gusting to 65 kmph very likely on 29th over North Bay of Bengal and Strong winds speeding up of 45-55 kmph gusting to 65 kmph likely over North Bay of Bengal on 30th of July.
 
The CWC, Vizag also advised fishermen not to venture into the above sea areas from 26th to 30th of July.
 
The Andhra Pradesh has been experiencing heavy rains since the past 4 to 5 days.
 
Several rivers, including Godavari and Krishna are overflowing.
 
Several villages in Godavari Districts have been flooded with water.
 
Road connectivity in Tribal villages under West and West Godavari Districts has been cut off due to the incessant rains. Crops have been damaged due to the continuous rains in many places in Godavari belt.
