IMD forecasts cyclonic storm over East Central Bay of Bengal on Wednesday

India Meteorological Department (IMD) today forecasted a cyclonic storm over the East-central Bay of Bengal the day after tomorrow. IMD scientist, Dr R K Jenamani said that the cyclonic

storm was caused due to a Low-Pressure Area moving west – northwestwards and intensifying into a depression over the region.
