A raid by CCB Women Protection Squad Operation on an alleged illegal overnight party on July 25 led to the arrest of 3 individuals accused of organising the party at a Villa located in 6th Sector under HSR police station limits of Bengaluru city.
The accused persons identified as Dikshit, Vedanth Pandit and Shankar, according to the police, had invited men and women through an online application and organised the party without obtaining the necessary permission from officials concerned and collected entry fees from participants.
At the
overstay night party, the police said, the party allegedly involved hookah smoking, consumption of alcohol, cigarette smoking, loud music and other unlawful activities. CCB police, acting on a clue, acting on a clue, reached the location around midnight and conducted a raid. The raid on the party found 12 young women and 17 young men partying and legal action was initiated against them.
The organisers were taken into custody for questioning and seized 10 liquor bottles of various brands, 2 hookah bowls, one box of hookah flavour, a music system and 3 mobile phones.
