reopen it are ongoing. The pilgrimage is currently paused, and the devotees have been kept safe in Sonprayag. Roads to Gaurikund, Badrinath near Ummta, Gangotri at Bhatwari and Yamunotri at Silai Band, Ojri and Banas are blocked. More than 100 rural roads across the state are also closed. Efforts are ongoing to restore all roads as soon as possible. Meanwhile, the Met Department has also forecast more rain over the next two days.
