The India Meteorological Department on Tuesday issued a heat wave warning for next two days for Telangana State.
“Heat wave conditions very likely to prevail over many parts in the districts of Adilabad, Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Khammam, Mahaboobnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Ranga Reddy and Warangal of Telangana State,” the Met Department said in its bulletin.
There was



no large change in maximum temperatures over Telangana. They were appreciably above normal at many places over Telangana. The highest maximum temperature of 45 Degrees Celsius was recorded at Nizamabad and Ramagundam, followed by 44 Deg Celsius in in Adilabad, Khammam, Mahabubnagar and Nalgonda; 43 Deg Celsius in Badrachalam, Hanmakonda, Hyderabad and Medak and it was 42 in Hakimpet
