The Supreme Court yesterday dismissed review petitions filed against its judgment in the Haren Pandya murder case.

The apex court in its July 5th verdict had upheld the conviction of 10 people involved in the murder case.

A bench, comprising Justices Arun Mishra and Vineet Saran, rejected the review petitions filed by 10 of the 12 convicts.

On July 5, the top court had sentenced the accused to life imprisonment after setting aside their acquittal by the Gujarat High Court.

Haren Pandya, who was Home Minister of Gujarat, was found shot dead inside his car on 26th March 2003.
