Health Ministry has provided a facility for the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) beneficiaries to print their card electronically to avail the benefits. The facility of the self-printing of the E-CGHS card was launched by Health Minister JP Nadda in New Delhi yesterday. 
He said, the initiative will be very useful to all beneficiaries including the pensioners who may find it difficult to go to the CGHS centres for renewal of CHGS card. In



case the card is lost or mutilated, the concerned person can also print the card and there is no need to visit the centres. 
The beneficiary can access this e- printing facility by visiting the CGHS portal at cghs.nic.in by furnishing required details. Mr Nadda also launched Health Management Information System, HMIS application. The service will provide comprehensive data of 1.6 lakh Government Health facilities spread across the country.
