Govt aims to bring development, good governance in J&K, Ladakh: Dr.Jitendra Singh

The Union Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Dr. Jitendra Singh has said that the government aims to bring development and replicate good governance practices in the newly created union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.

In the review meeting in New Delhi yesterday, Dr. Singh informed that the regional conference on 'Replication of good governance practices in union territories of Jammu and Kashmir and



Ladakh' will be organized at Jammu on 15th and 16th of this month.

He further informed that the second conference on ‘Jal Shakti and Disaster Management’ will be organized at Jammu on 30th November and 1st December on the theme ‘Ek Bharat Shresht Bharat’.

He said, the Department of Pensions and Pensioners’ Welfare will organize a pensions adalat in Jammu and Kashmir.
