Government to launch ‘Kisano Ki Baat’ radio programme

The government will start a programme called Kisano Ki Baat on radio to make science accessible to farmers. It will be modeled after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s monthly Mann Ki Baat programme on Akashvani.

Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said the program will start next month. He said that, along with him, agricultural scientists and department officials will provide information to the farmers.
