External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar has said, the government is monitoring the situation in Kabul continuously. In a tweet, Dr Jaishankar said, the government understand the anxiety of those seeking to return to India. He said, airport operations are the main challenge and discussions are going on with partners in that regard. 

The Minister said, given the Kabul situation, it is important that they have

Dr Jaishankar said, the government is in constant touch with the Sikh and Hindu community leaders in Kabul. He said, their welfare will get our priority attention.
