Ganga water is pure, some trying to create misunderstanding: Jal Shakti Minister

Union Jal Shakti Minister C R Patil has said the water of Ganga is pure and not dirty. Talking to media outside Parliament, Mr Patil said, some people are trying to create misunderstanding over



the purity of Ganga water.

During Mahakumbh 2025, several leaders raised the issue of pollution in the Ganga River.
