Four persons died after a speeding car crashed into a roadside tea stall and later hit a lorry on the national highway at Perapuram village in Vizianagaram district on Tuesday morning. 

The accident occurred when the car was returning to Visakhapatnam from Vizianagaram. After the car rammed into the tea stall, two persons having tea flung in the air and died on the spot. 

One more person sitting beside the car



driver died. Another person lost his life while being shifted to hospital, according to police.

The police said the two injured persons were battling for life in the hospital and added that of the two deceased, two of them have been identified as Srinivas, who is a contractor executing irrigation projects and resident of Visakhapatnam while another is Simhachalam of Bobbili. The police said the accident occurred because of negligence of the car driver.
