ED searches Karti Chidambaram's premises in Chennai and Delhi

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) today conducted searches at Karti Chidambaram son of Congress leader P.Chidambaram's premises in Delhi and Chennai in connection with Aircel-Maxis case. 

Sources in the agency said, the raids are being conducted at five locations, one in Delhi and four



in Chennai The probe agency had registered a case against him and others in May last year under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. 

On Thursday, ED had issued fresh summons to Karti Chidambaram and has been called on 16th of this month.
