New Delhi: External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar held talks with Rwanda Foreign Minister Vincent Biruta in New Delhi yesterday. In a social media post, Dr. Jaishankar said, they discussed the steadily increasing engagement in economic, development



cooperation, defence and cultural domains between India and Rwanda. They also exchanged perspectives on regional and global developments of mutual interest and collaboration in the Commonwealth, African Union and the UN.
