Ministry of Civil Aviation has said that the development work at the Ayodhya Airport is expected to be completed by September this year. The airport is being developed at a cost of 350 crore rupees.
Union Minister of Civil Aviation, Jyotiraditya M. Scindia said, the development of Ayodhya Airport showcases Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visionary approach to drive progress in India's infrastructure
which symbolizes the government's commitment to enhance air connectivity and promote tourism in the holy city of Ayodhya.
The Minister added, the new interim terminal building is equipped to manage 300 passengers during peak hours and will not only boost regional development but also honour the rich cultural heritage associated with Lord Ram.
