Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday announced that all shops in Delhi, whether they are in market complexes or stand alone, will be allowed to open including barbershops and salons, but spas will remain closed.

"We were adhering to odd-even principle for shops in business sectors however the focal government has not expressed any such guideline, so all shops can open currently," said Delhi CM. 

Kejriwal likewise declared that the Delhi fringes will be fixed for the following multi week. He included that fundamental administrations are excluded. "We will take a choice again in multi week to open fringes after recommendations from residents," he said.

CM Kejriwal also announced that the restrictions on number of people in public transport, including Uber and Ola, is also lifted. "In autos, e-rickshaws and other vehicles, as



per earlier orders, the number of passengers was fixed. But now we are lifting the restrictions on the number of passengers travelling in auto, e-rickshaws and other vehicles," he said.


The government, in line with the Union Home Ministry guidelines, will implement curfew from 9pm to 5am.

The chief minister said that there will also be no restrictions on the functioning of industries in the national capital.
