Deep depression over West-central bay of Bengal has moved west-north westwards and lay centred South of Visakhapatnam and East-Southeast of Kakinada and east of Narsapur in Andhra Pradesh.
 
It is very likely to continue to move West-northwestwards and cross North Andhra Pradesh Coast between Narsapur and Visakhaptnam, close to Kakinada by this morning as a



deep depression with wind speed of 55 to 65 kmph gusting to 75 kmph as per the Cyclone Warining Centre, Visakhapatnam.
 
Heavy to severe rainfall has been recorded in several pockets in Andhra Pradesh.
 
The highest rain fall is recorded at Paravada and Gajuwaka in Visakhapatnam District.
