DDA announces new housing scheme

Delhi Development Authority, DDA today announced Housing Scheme - 2016 in which about 13,000 flats of different categories have been offered, an official release said, adding that a proposal for launching of Housing Scheme this year was placed before the Authority and Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung approved it. 

This time 11 thousand 671 flats will be for low income group



category, 437 Janta flats, 398 flats for Middle income group and 79 flats for High income group category.Applicants will be allowed maximum seven choice of localities. The localities where these flats will be available are Sarita Vihar, Jasola, Dwarka, Pitampura, Sukhdev Vihar, Narela, Rohini, Jahangirpuri , Loknayakpuram, Dilshad Garden, Paschim Vihar, Bindapur and Mukherjee Nagar.
