Court denies permission for narco test of main accused in Kolkata rape-murder case

A Kolkata court on Friday denied permission to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for a narco test of the prime accused, Sanjoy Roy, in the rape and murder of a trainee doctor at RG Kar Medical College and



Hospital last month.

The CBI had sought permission from the court to conduct the narco test of the accused. The CBI has already conducted a polygraph test on Roy inside the Presidency Correctional Home.
