Congress President Sonia Gandhi hospitalised in Delhi over Covid complications

Congress interim president, Sonia Gandhi, has been admitted to Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi with Covid complications. She is reportedly stable and will be kept at the hospital for observation.

She tested positive for Covid on Wednesday, June 1. She was asked to appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on June 8 but sought a different date, following



which she was asked to appear on June 23.

The ED has registered an FIR in a money laundering case pertaining to the National Herald-AJL case.

The All India Mahila Congress issued a tweet saying, “Wish the respected Congress President Smt. Sonia Gandhi ji a very speedy and full recovery. This is the prayer of lakhs of Congress workers.”
