So, it is absolutely important to micromanage every booth of a constituency."

Scripting the roadmap for the coming general elections, Chidambaram urged party workers to put their best foot forward in the membership enrolment drive. He said, "Congress party workers must first enroll people close to us, like

our sons, daughters, our friends and immediate neighbours. Massive enrollment must take place," Chidambaram added.

Asserting that more the enrolment would help in better booth management, Chidambaram said, "We must have enough people who have their feet on the ground in every booth."

The Shakti App is a special project designed under the direction of Congress president Rahul Gandhi to help strengthen the organisation.
