Coal India to introduce conveyor belts to reduce carbon emission

Coal India Limited to introduce conveyor belts in its open cast coal projects in order to reduce carbon emission and to ensure safe transportation of coal.

Prahlad Joshi said in a tweet that the concept is to replace traditional way of transporting coal from silos & washeries to railway sidings using the belts.
