Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday offered prayers at the Sri Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi.
The Chief Minister is in Varanasi to participate in the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan marking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 76th birthday and 25 years in public service.
The month-long campaign, from September 17 to October 17, will focus on public
service, social responsibility and public participation in the development process.
The Chief Minister performed special pujas along with Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Minister Chirag Paswan and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Chandrababu Naidu performed abhishekam to Lord Kashi Vishwanath with holy water and received blessings from the temple priests, who offered him prasadam.
