Chandigarh Police registers FIR against 9 MLAs of Shiromani Akali Dal for misbehaving with Haryana CM

The Chandigarh Police has registered FIR under section 141, 511, and 323 of Indian Penal Code against 9 MLAs of Shiromani Akali Dal from Punjab including  MLA Bikram Singh Majithia on the complaint filed by Haryana Vidhan Sabha secretariat for ‘misbehaving with Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal.

Bikram Singh Majithia had allegedly gheraoed and accosted Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal demanding passage of a resolution in the Haryana Assembly against the three central agri laws.

The SAD MLAs had allegedly misbehaved with the Haryana CM.

Haryana Speaker Gian Chand Gupta on Monday had told the state Assembly that a police complaint has been lodged in this regard.
