A central team yesterday visited the flood affected Sironcha taluka in Gadchiroli district in Maharashtra. The region was flooded due to heavy rains in July. The officers of this team visited the villages of Sirocha, Arda, Mugapur and Mridukrishnapur talukas. On this occasion, they inspected the national highway from Sironcha to Kaleswaram.

also learned the situation by interacting with farmers and citizens. The officers of the team assured the disaster victims to send the damage report to the central government and take the necessary steps immediately.The team also met district departmental heads of the collector's office at Gadchiroli to know about the overall flood damage.
