Bombay High Court has reserved its order in the matter pertaining to actor Kangana Ranaut’s petition, filed against the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), after they demolished parts of her office citing it as illegal.

After all the concerned parties had filed their written submission, the hearing was concluded on Monday after which the High Court reserved the order.

Kangana had filed a petition in the

court on September 9, as the BMC demolished alleged illegal portion of her Pali Hill office-cum-bungalow.

The court had soon ordered a stay on the demolition drive carried out by the civic body.

The actress sought compensation of Rs. 2 crore from the BMC for damages.

The civic body stated that Kangana’s claim for damages was baseless and bogus.
