Bomb expolsion in Manipur, no casualty reported

In Manipur, a bomb exploded at Khurai Ahong Leikai in Imphal East the last night. Police said the blast took place around 7.30 PM at the residential area of Khurai Ahong Leikai under Porompat Police Station in Imphal East. 

No casualty has been reported in the blast. The bomb is



suspected to be a low intensity improvised explosive device (IED).

A team of Imphal East District Police rushed to the spot immediately after the incident. A case has been registered in connection with the incident at Porompat Police Station.
