women's education.
Additional proposals include a special package for fisheries and agro-processing units, the establishment of more hospitals, and employment opportunities for youth.
The party aims to present a comprehensive development-oriented agenda catering to diverse groups.
According to party sources, the manifesto will combine a strong critique of the ruling TMC with welfare measures and development promises, as the BJP prepares for a crucial electoral contest in the state.
