BJP to organize Padyatra in every Parliament Constituency from Oct 2 to 31

BJP will organize Padyatra in every Parliament Constituency from 2nd to 31st October this year to celebrate 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi informed this after the conclusion of BJP Parliamentary Party Meeting in New Delhi today. 

Mr Joshi told reporters that Prime Minister Narendra Modi told the MPs to interact with



the people and make them aware about contribution of Mahatma Gandhi in the freedom struggle. 

Mr Joshi said, in every Parliament Constituency, 15 to 20 teams will be formed and travel 15 kilometres per day. He said, the Padyatra they will cover every booth. Party leaders and MPs will also undertake plantation drive.
