The BJP on Monday announced its new national team under party president Nitin Nabin, appointing 13 national vice presidents and retaining B L Santhosh as national general secretary (organisation).
Former Rajasthan chief minister Vasundhara Raje Scindia, Ram Madhav and D Purandeshwari are among the 13 national vice presidents named by the party. Former Uttarakhand chief minister Tirath Singh Rawat, former Union minister Bharti Pawar, Manpreet Singh Badal and Tariq Mansoor have also been appointed
national vice presidents.
The BJP has appointed Gajendra Patel, Harish Dwivedi and Sanjay Bhatia as national general secretaries. The party has retained B L Santhosh as national general secretary (organisation), a key position responsible for organisational affairs.
Shivprakash and Saudan Singh have been appointed national joint general secretaries (organisation). The appointments come after Nitin Nabin took charge as the BJP's national president, succeeding J P Nadda.
