Bihar CM announces Rs 2 lakh ex-gratia to kin of man killed by terrorists in J&K

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has announced an ex-gratia of two lakh rupees to the next of kin of Dilkhush Kumar, who was shot dead by terrorists at Budgam in Jammu and Kashmir on

Thursday.

The Chief Minister also announced benefits for them from the Labour Resources Department & Social Welfare Department of the state government.
