The Bengaluru City Police on Tuesday launched Project Khushi, an initiative aimed at promoting healthier lifestyles among its personnel, officials said. A pilot of the project was conducted in September 2025, with participants showing significant improvements in their health and wellness, they said.
Speaking after inaugurating the programme, Bengaluru City Police Commissioner Seemant Kumar Singh said, "While we have seen our personnel benefit from the three-month programme, the aim is for them to build
long-term habits to lead healthier lives."
He said the initiative, which began with the Electronic City Police Division, was being expanded to cover more personnel and provide them with structured health interventions that would benefit the police force.
According to a police statement, Project Khushi is being implemented by Happiest Health, Titan Company Limited and Bangalore Indiranagar Rotary Trust to promote healthier lifestyle choices among Bengaluru City Police personnel.
