Avalanche in Uttarakhand: 8 Bodies Recovered so far in Sumna Area of Joshi Math Sub Division of Chamoli District

In Uttarakhand, 8 bodies have been recovered so far in Sumna area of Joshi math sub division of Chamoli district where an avalanche occurred yesterday during heavy snowfall.

As

per reports 384 persons have been recovered. Six of them are critically injured and under treatment. Rescue operation is in progress. Chief Minister Teerath Singh Rawat conducted an aerial survey of affected area.
