In Assam, the four day long assembly session will begin today at Dispur in Guwahati. This will be the last sitting of the current assembly ahead of polls. Official sources said, Governor P B Acharya will address the house today. Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi, who is also holding Finance portfolio, will table vote on account for the first four months of 2016-17 year. 
Opposition parties including the BJP are likely to corner the ruling Congress on several issues including law and order, fund utilization and rhino poaching, among other issues.
