Arun Jaitley takes charge as Defence Minister for second time during current NDA regime

New Delhi: Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Tuesday took over the additional charge of the Defence Ministry after former minister Manohar Parrikar resigned to take on the

new role of Goa Chief Minister. This is the second time that Jaitley has been given the additional portfolio of Defence Ministry during the present NDA government.
