Andhra Leaders Extend Janmashtami Greetings to People of State

Andhra Pradesh Governor S Abdul Nazeer, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and YSRCP supremo Jagan Mohan Reddy on Friday extended greetings to the people of the state on Sri Krishna Janmashtami. 

The governor said Sri Krishna Janmashtami is celebrated with joy and devotion and reminded people of the eternal message of Lord Sri Krishna delivered through the Bhagavad Gita. "I extend my warm greetings and best wishes to the people of Andhra Pradesh on the auspicious occasion of Sri Krishnashtami," Nazeer said in a post on X. He said the teachings of Lord Sri Krishna



provide a foundation for building a harmonious society.

Naidu said the incarnation of Sri Krishna was another incarnation of Lord Maha Vishnu taken to prevent the triumph of unrighteousness. He said Lord Sri Krishna, the Jagadguru, imparted the Bhagavad Gita to Arjuna and guided him towards his duty during the Kurukshetra war.

"With heartfelt greetings to all the people on the occasion of Sri Krishnashtami, I sincerely wish that, with the divine blessings of Lord Sri Krishna, everyone may prosper with happiness and joy," Jagan said in a post on X.
