Anakapalli district collector Vijaya Krishnan has directed officials to resolve land and revenue disputes at the field level, warning of action against those who fail to address public grievances promptly.

The collector on Friday launched the "One Month – One Constituency – Four Visits" programme at K. Kotapadu mandal in Madugula constituency, along with Madugula MLA Bandaru Satyanarayana Murthy and joint collector Souryaman Patel.

During the programme, officials, including DRO Y. Satyanarayana Rao and RDO Ayesha, received petitions from the public.

Expressing dissatisfaction over the handling of grievances, Vijaya Krishnan said poor communication by field-level staff was forcing people to approach district-level forums. She said the programme aimed to provide permanent and lawful solutions and asked officials to discharge their responsibilities effectively.
